Account listed as inactive but is checked every day via another account.

In the 'search' for 'inactive accounts (30 days)' the account abc@example.com shows up. Last login time was 45 days ago.
But, another account, xyz@example.com, has configured the abc account via preferences, so this account is being read every day.
Now, I want to lock inactive accounts, but this account is in fact not inactive, it's used every day, trough another account.
How to solve this !?
