Backup Zimbra

Good morning dear,

I have installed zimbra version 8.6.0_GA_1153.FOSS open source, I need to backup my zimbra server, this for any eventuality, I have seen in forums that can be done copying the folder zimbra.

Please make your comments to do it in the best way.
