Hi all,

I'm having a problem that only can login Admin by URL https://ip:7071

When I login Admin by URL https://mail.domain.com:7071 then appear error Authentication fail



Please help me

Which Zimbra version are you running ?
Do you have the same behavior with normal webmail ?
Any clues in the log ?

1) Try User "root" and the same password of admin user.
2)If want to get a list of all administrators,
su - zimbra
zmprov gaaa
3) su - zimbra
zmprov sp <admin email address> <new password>
