Zimbra open source attachment extract

Dear All,

Is there any solution to remove attachments with extraction to local drive or something? Or extract attachment and replace it with the destination file link?
I need a solution to remove attachments (sent, received) which will have some connection with the destination (find it quicker later).

Hello,
From your Zimbra Web Client, you can use Briefcase to save the attachment to the Briefcase, or have there all your files, and just attach them when you need them, as a link.

i have face this case in our customer.

the solution that i provided is by creating plugin in third party content scanner for postix called fuglu (https://github.com/gryphius/fuglu)
