Zimbra rejecting forwarded messages

Hello!

We have two Zimbra servers (Open Source 8.6 latest patch).

We use MS Outlook 2016 (POP3) for one of the servers (let's call it SERVER A) and the other we use only Webmail (SERVER B).

When we try to send an email from SERVER A to SERVER B, everything works as intented.

But, when we try to forward a received email from someone from SERVER A to SERVER B, SERVER B rejects the email with this error:

The datails.txt file shows this:

What is the possible cause of this error? We use Zimbra for years and never found any errors like this one.

Can you please do a dig mx domainA.com from serverb and the opposite, and see if everything is correct.

Thank you! It seems it was misconfigured DNS servers on SERVER B, but for some reason direct e-mails (not forwarded) was working.

Everything is fine now.

Jorge, not 100% fixed. The DNS servers are now correct, but the problem is occurring when forwarding messages using Outlook 2016.
Any ideas?
