I am having a terrible time figuring this out.
We have a client that switch to an encrypted email relay and we are no longer receiving their emails.
We are using 8.7.11_GA_1854.RHEL7_64_20170531151956 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition.
I have added there email address to /opt/zimbra/data/spamassassin/localrules/sauser.cf as whitelist_from *@resultstechnology.com and whitelist_from *@encryptedmessage.net.
I have also checked zimbra.log and have no refused or reject notices when they send an email securely. But have no problem receiving unsecured emails from them.
Here is the diagnostic log from there email server which is the only thing have to go by at this moment
