I am managing a zimbra server (8.7.11_GA_1854.FOSS
One mail account is not receiving messages that /var/log/zimbra.log shows are successfully sent.
If I go to /opt/zimbra/log, mailbox.log has no mention of the message. It seems to have disappeared.
These are import messages and it appears to just be from one email address.
I have checked in inbox, trash and junk.
There are no incoming or outgoing message filters defined
The message should be going straight to his inbox. Where else can I look to see if I can find the messages?

That should have read "important" not "import".

the log is incomplete, you should have provided a line with "Delivery OK" pattern and this one too "relay=your_mailbox_server:7025"
Your log show that the mail or one mail have been delivery to the amavisd process port (10024).
