Hello
I have this error message, when I go to my admin zone:
Critical
Server error encountered
Error code: CSFE_SVC_ERROR Method: GetEffectiveRightsRequest Details:HTTP response status 429
Because of this error, he asks me each time to activate my Collaboration Network Edition license.

What to do, an idea?
Mz

Check the DoS filter: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/DoSFilter - if that's not the problem then please open a support case with Zimbra. You also didn't mention how long this has been happening, if you've recently made any changes to your server nor the output of the following:

Code: Select all

zmcontrol -v
While I can't answer your specific question it's difficult for anyone to help without some context for a specific problem.

Hello Phoenix
Zimbra Version
zmcontrol -v
Release 8.8.8_GA_2009.RHEL7_64_20180322150747 RHEL7_64 NETWORK edition, Patch 8.8.8_P5.
`
So move to ask you this, but, add my IP address to my Internet connection in white list, what is the command?

MisterM74, did you ever sort this out? Did changes to DoSFilter resolve your issue?

Just to follow-up, it WAS DoSFilter. Following the wiki article was just the thing. Once I started looking at the right logs (in my case /opt/zimbra/log/zmmailboxd.out) I was able to pin-point which IPs were getting filtered.
