Can't Send email to gmail and some other domain

Hi, Newbie here
I've been using Zimbra ZCS 8.0.7 since 2014 on Ubuntu server 12.04 LTS, working fine for 4 years. Last week some Users laptop infected by malware, blacklisted for a few days. after malware cleaned, i've just realized that we cannot send email to some domain like gmail, yahoo, etc, but others are delivered.
Then I open /etc/log/zimbra.log and find this error :
06:48:26 pin postfix/smtp[10135]: E7AB5AA27BE: to=<xxxxxx@gmail.com>, relay=none, delay=69344, delays=69244/0.01/100/0, dsn=4.4.3, status=deferred (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com type=A: Host not found, try again)
My mail server is behind NAT/Firewall (mikrotik), already try to disable firewall rules but no result, check DNS, hostname and everything seems fine. and I think I've been messed up some settings while trying to find the solution

Need info step by step how to check this error, and solve the problem.
I've been searching and reading many threads in this forum, but cannot find solutions.
