Hi,
I try to have 2 accounts in the same interface.
Here is the actual situation, I have :
user1@domain.com
user2@anotherdomain.com
These two email addresses are completely different (not the same domain) but are used by the same user and there are on our zimbra single server.
These email addresses should be 2 accounts (and not 1 alias, 1 account).
So I add "user1@domain.com" to the account "user2@anotherdomain.com" as external IMAP account.
I can retrieve the inbox emails without issue, but there is a problem when the user try to send an email.
If the user try to send from the address "user1@domain.com" as sender "user2@anotherdomain.com", the receiver will see "user1@domain.com" and not "user2@anotherdomain.com".
It's strange because this issue is not present if the email address is a gmail or hotmail.
How to "fix" this issue or do you have a workaround ?

which version of Zimbra do you use ? Then did you allow in the user02 account the user01 to send as and not on behalf ?
And do you use persona ?

I use Zimbra 8.8.10 Patch-4.
I'm not sure I understand correctly. I don't want to have a "Reply To" just a "From".Then did you allow in the user02 account the user01 to send as and not on behalf ?
I can't use a persona because email address don't have the same domain and external account are not listed here or maybe I miss something ?And do you use persona ?

I found a solution.
I use zimbra account delegation with external account to fix the issue.
