Install Security Certificate does not appear in Web administrator

Hi .. I have installed version 8.8.12 opensource in centos 7 and I do not see by any side the web option in the administrator to load and generate the certificates ... does anyone know what I can do to enable it? Thank you

It seems that the Zimbra extension (zimlet) that provides certificate installation did not install correctly in your environment. As said here: viewtopic.php?t=65104 follow these steps to make that menù entry appear:

This is because due to some reason you had and error in installing (com_zimbra_cert_manager )zimlet.

details of your error can be found on /tmp/zmsetup.log


to get the certificate menu do the following:

Do this as zimbra user:
zmzimletctl deploy /opt/zimbra/zimlets/com_zimbra_cert_manager.zip
zmprov fc all
zmcontrol restart

Is SSH installed and enabled on your servers? As far as I can see searching on these forums it looks like a problem related to SSH. Try following these steps: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Mail_Queue ... mon_Errors .

Hello .. thank you all for your answers ...

In the end the installation issue is corrected by correcting the issue of the display of the email queues since they show the same error ..

When we accessed the administrator of zimbra and we looked to see the mail queue, it gave us the same error as with the certificates .. when first correcting this error, the other was corrected and we were able to install the certificate without any problem.

The issue is resolved .. thank you
