Since yesterday I have a very strange problem that I don't know how to solve.
In a Zimbra collaboration edition version 8.5.1 server I can enter the administration panel and verify that everything is working properly. However, if I try to verify the users' emails, the browser form stops on the upload screen.
Of course no webmail works because it does not allow access.
The services are all functional and without errors.
Where can I investigate to resolve the problem?
