Cannot send to a distribution list

Hi,

I'm running Release 8.8.12_GA_3794.RHEL7_64_20190329045002 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.12_P1 proxy.
Everything is working but cannot send to a DL
Every time I send to a DL I get this error

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

Cannot find an error message. I can see the DL on the user owner webclient
