Disable internal domains Zimbra

Hi,
We have 2 domains that are moved to a different hosting system, but we need to keep the emails and to communicatie during this time with them.
Please advise what has to be done. Now all emails that are sent are delivered to configured mailboxes. In AD the zones are deleted.
LDAP is external and is integrated with DNS (AD + DNS Win Serv. 2012 R2).
Zimbra OSE 8.7.11 ga 3810.
