Google Charts library sends spam SAPR3

Hello ... sap reports are sent via zimbra smtp from the helpdesk@mydomain.com account
A new report has been added to sap that generates graphics. The graphics are generated by a library of Google Charts which are exported to a PNG file that is then inserted in the body of the mail through a C # code and sent.
In conlusion the graphic is a PNG file inserted in the mail body
This specific email arrives as spam to recipients in zimbra
