Is the Zimbra Migration Assistant for PST-files no longer available?

When opening through Zimbra Admin --> Tools & Migration --> Downloads --> Migration Assistant for Exchange/PST --> Error 403
Zimbra FOSS 8.8.12

No longer migrations that way possible?

You may be having trouble getting the tool due to your version or a block on your server, your browser is not finding the file on your server.
The link shows up like this on my server: https://hostname.com:7071/downloads/<migration tool>

I was having some trouble with the Migration Tool migrating Outlook 2010 to Zimbra 8.8.10 with the Error: Outlook not installed or similar, even though it was.
In contacting support I was informed Zimbra is no longer supporting the migration tool and to use https://zimbra.audriga.com/
This is paid though which I think is a terrible idea on Zimbra's part as it adds significantly to the cost of moving email to Zimbra.

However, I was able to get the Zimbra tool to work on a different computer and just migrated from pst on that machine instead.

I share your opionion that it is a strange idea not offering a migration tool any more...
