second mailbox server 8.8

we have mixed mode environment 2 mailbox servers , 2 mta , 2 proxy , 2 ldap. The question I have is how do you administer second mailbox server ? do i connect separately to each server management interface ? If this is the case how can i redirect one of the proxies to second mailbox server via 9071 for admin interface. The reason is because it is hosted on AWS and mailbox server is on private network and can not be easily accessed.
