zmmailbox export issue for malboxes with multi level sub menu

We are in process of migrating ZCS-6.05 to latest version. We are exporting individual mailboxes through zmmailbox command.

zmmailbox -z -m user@abc.com getRestURL "//?fmt=tgz" > /tmp/user.tgz

We have migrated more than 200 mailboxes (some of them are 15-20 GB each) without any issue. But we have noticed that if the mailboxes have multiple folders/ sub-folders, the export breaks in middle without throwing any error. every time the export file sizes are different. Nothing found in log. Can anyone please suggest how to resolve this?

Hi,

I would recomend to use Zextras migration tool (free) or a Zextras trial license (30 days full functionality) to do the migration. I think you'll need to make a little patch to your servers as I think legacy version of zextras needs 6.0.7, but after that, it will be just a really easy migration to new servers.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. We have already migrated 70% of the mail accounts. Therefore it is difficult to try any tool now. We we could sort out the mailbox export issue, it would be really helpful. If any other scripts are available to export
single mailbox as tgz format, please let me know.
