Disk /boot at 100% on mail.x.com:

Post by yohoho »

Hi,

I would like to apologize to ask this silly question. But, I am a no IT guy.

How do you fix this warning?

Disk /boot at 100% on mail.x.com:

It's been spamming my mail server for quite a while every 10 minutes.

Thank you.

A maxed /boot is a real pain in the butt.

The first/last/only time I ever ran into this, I booted the system to a LiveCD (any distro will do) cleaned what I could just to get the server to boot on its own. Then removed all the old kernels and anything else not needed.

Now; I make sure a monitor my disk usages.

I may suggest to look at options how to add new disk partitions, see example:

And there is also a wiki on Zimbra disk space
