Shared mailbox with per-user /seen flag

Hi all, I'm trying to understand if Zimbra has a feature like Dovecot's "INDEXPVT" namespace feature: a shared mailbox between users, in which each user has a separate flag management, mainly the "seen" flag. As far as I found, the only chance is to share a folder with Management rights (ie Read, Write, Del), but the first user who reads a mail marks it as "Read" to all other users.
