For want of a better phrase I feel the zimbra repo is a bit flaky at times. I've had situations where the update doesn't show when I check for the an update but it does install when I install the individual packages. The update seems to have no problems (for me, at least) good luck with it. :)

that is exactly what I experienced, too. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't...
No obvious change in anything...
