Where is zimbra team support?

These are Community support forums not official Zimbra support, if you want that then buy ZCS NE.

You are perfectly right, but as I see it's a general problem and the functionality of the Zimbra is compromised. Adding external accounts is a primary feature in any Email Solution.
Fixing this problem should be a priority for Zimbra.

As you can see it's a very simple patch. Three lines of code only!
