Zimbra mail sent problem
we have a Zimbra mail server multidomain setup. For example there are few domain like abc.com, xyz.com, test.com etc. past few days while I send mail to microsoft O365, mail sent successful but in O365 mail account can not receive any email from my domain. From the other hand the same domain abc.com can be able to send and receive mail successfully from other domain like gmail, yahoo etc. This problem is only occur this particular domain name only. Other domain are working fine.

Re: Zimbra mail sent problem
Hello,
I am usually using this link if getting a problem when sending email to Outlook group
1. Register to SNDS : https://postmaster.live.com/snds/data.aspx
2. Register to JMRP program : https://postmaster.live.com/snds/JMRP.aspx
3. Delist IP from this : https://sender.office.com/
4. And this one : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/get ... 7540297135

Re: Zimbra mail sent problem
If you're talking about sending mail to other external mail server then according to the DNS checks below, neither of those domain name have MX records associated with them:
https://intodns.com/nucsoft.in
https://intodns.com/nucsoft.com
If that's not what you mean then you need to give a better explanation of what exactly you have configured (DNS) and what you're trying to do and what problem you're seeing.
