Ok this is driving me crazy! I have searched the Zimbra WIKI and countless other 'helpful' sites in my quest to get Zimbra to whitelist an ip/domain but it is not working and for the life of me I don't know why. When I check the logs I see the message:

. I have tried adding the IP and the domain to:
- /opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf.in
- /opt/zimbra/conf/postfix_rbl_override
- /opt/zimbra/data/spamassassin/localrules/sauser.cf
but nothing seems to work for me and I am out of ideas. I am also finding it hard to understand the anti spam system as there are so many different help articles that seems to span almost 10 years on the WIKI and it's kind of confusing. I was hoping for some help from my fellow Zimbrans. Any ideas?
