webmail very slow and hangs

we have just migrated from 7.x to 8.8.15 using zextras

we are experiencing slow loading times which result in client timeouts while loading the webpage and while browsing, disabling memcached and proxy doesn't change anything, the latest update is applied


any help would be very much appreciated

Please let us know your system's RAM, CPU, HDD.

16gb of ram 7gb used, 4 cores avarage load 0.8, iscsi with ssd cache 0% iowait, it comes up randomly very often even at night, cant find anything in the logs
