I have good results from SA after a good bit of tuning and wanted to see what my tag rates were. I rarely look at the charts, so I cannot say they worked yesterday, or the day before, but they were populated six months ago. I generally monitor the mail logs for a few hours when I want to see how the server is behaving.
For some reason I do not understand, our anti-spam/anti-virus monitor graphs are empty. I have checked the logger directories and the db is updated, rrds are created, though none are labled for as/av. I did reinitialize the logger system with no change.
My question is where does Zimbra configure itself to gather spam stats from the logs? I am suspicious that Zimbra is not correctly reading the logs, or not reading them for as/av data at all.
Discuss your pilot or production implementation with other Zimbra admins or our engineers.
