letsencrypt + adding/renewing domains

greetings, I have been using letsencrypt for a couple of years now, and when I went to renew, ran into issues.
I created new certs, and can't get past the part of 'verifying commercial certs'
I double checked ( I believe) all my steps, and see nothing incorrect. any ideas ?
