How to make auto accepted meetings with SOAP?

Hello!

We are trying to make auto accepted meetings for invited users calendars with the SOAP API so that the users does not have to accept the invitation request by him/herself when the free time is already checked before hand. Is this possible some how with the SOAP or any other way? By auto accepted we mean a status which does not need any action from the user.

Even more helpful would be if we could just make the calendar meeting and not to send any invitation email(s) to the (our organzations Zimbra) users and let the Caldav sync to sync the meeting to the users calendar clients. The invitation emails is okay to go outside of organization if possible.

Does anyone know how to achieve these goals?

We have achived to make auto-accepted calendar meetings with SOAP (API).

Does anyone know how to make them in normal manner where the meeting is linked between the participants?

For example if the organizer deletes the event it will be deleted for all participants in the same organization and then it sends email about the deletion to the participants out of the organization etc.
