More Disk Space Now Being Consumed

I noticed after upgrading from 8.7.11 to 8.8.15 we're now using disk space on our / partition at a much quicker rate. Before we were using up about 3-5 GB per week. Now in the last 5 days we've used up 9 GB. Upon review of this article (https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Ajcody-Disk-Full-Issues) I've noticed that my data.mdb file is now at 80GB. Could this be my issue? Or am I barking up the wrong tree? Thanks in advance for any help.
