I am trying to install a commercially obtained SSL cert and get the following error:
I use the admin console Configuration/Certificates/
Ubuntu 18.04 Server
Zimbra 8.8.15_GA_3918.FOSS

If you want to install via the Admin interface, you need to use the admin interface to create a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) file to send to the cert seller.
In case you already had a cert and want to install it on the server, the most convenient way is to use the CLI command line interface.

Zimbra support recommends using the CLI to install new certs. The admin console is buggy.
