Error 553 transfert

Hi recently move to zimbra 8.8.15

When mail autmatically transfered to my new server we have this error ( form one serveur ac-caen.fr, not all serveur...) :

host zimbra.AAA.fr[80.70.XX.XXX]

said: 553 Requested action not taken: mailbox name not allowed (in reply to
MAIL FROM command)

Any idea?

Maybe there is a special character in the email address like "+" which is in some case not allowed, which is not supposed to be.

On Zimbra log I see "bounce+address"... I think you're right

The Incomoing Proxy SMTP (not zimbra) blocked transferred message because TOO LONG address...
