How do I filter email on Zimbra?

Dear All,

I want to create an email filter according to the conditions below:

If someone sends an email ONLY to a@domain.com, it will be moved to a personal folder.

But if someone sends an email to a@domain.com and to b@domain.com, the email goes to the inbox.

and if someone sends an email to a@domain.com and cc to b@domain.com, the email goes to the inbox.

So sending emails that are ONLY sent to a@domain.com, which is moved to a personal folder.

How can I do that?

I tried using matches exactly and contains but it still can't.

Please help me.
