Does anyone know of a relay service for zimbra?

Post by elderf »

Hello greetings ... the ip address of one of our zimbra servers has fallen into the Hotmail Blacklist ...

Only hotmail ... the rest of the providers have no problems ... is there any service or configuration that we can apply to avoid this?

Falling on a hotmail list is a disgrace ... they manage their own judgment and do what they want

Hi,

There is a Microsoft form to request the removal:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/sup ... a03d6b8d75

The first response is never good, but you can insist and reply the message - yes, a real person will be in contact with you in the thread. ;-)

You can use Sendgrid or Amazon SES as a relay service. Server4you has good prices for VPS and their network reputation is good (i've deployed some relay servers there and I didn't have any problem with microsoft blacklist).
Best regards.

Hi .. thanks for the answer .. indeed they already said no ..

His response was that the IP did not qualify to mitigate ...

Only hotmail is the one who has blacklisted the IP, the rest of the providers receive emails without problems ...

We keep insisting

Why don't you use your ISPs mail servers or you could do an internet search, there are plenty there plus some of them are free for 'low' usage i.e. something like 1000 emails per month.

It is a dedicated Zimbra server that has its own IP .. so I can't use my provider's smtp ...

I am checking spamwall and Mailchannels as a relay .. do you know any other?

Why not? That doesn't make sense to me.

The first one on the list is free for 6,000 emails/month

How do you use your provider's smtp if you have a dedicated ip on a dedicated server?

You are supposed to be making your services independent ...

Excuse me ignorance
