external account address resolution problem

Hi,
I use v8.8.15 in our company,
I Previously Installed on Local DNS and Then I Canceled Local DNS,
Outputs Ping and nslookup on "mail.akturkgroup.com.tr" via the Server,
It Just Gives An Error When I Type It In The Mail Server Area At The External Add Account,
Test Makes Successful When I Type Local IP in Server,
this issue happened after DNS change,
What should I do ?

I'm not sure I understand your question but if you're behind a NAT router or firewall you will need a local DNS server to resolve addresses.
