Hi,

We have been testing Zimbra for possible production use, and one issue we noticed is that, emails sent from Zimbra do not show the name of the sender. Instead, the organization name (ex. Amazon.com) is displayed as the sender name.

myCompany.io <johndoe@mycompany.io>

Is there a Zimbra-wide and/or user-specific setting for this?

Hi,
If you are using webmail, you can display the email address of the sender by remove the checklist on email addresses. You can check on Preferences | General | Other Settings | Email Addresses. Please find attached
