Empty Mailbox Exporting - getRestURL "//?fmt=tgz"

i have a question about of zimbra user mailbox export. Yesterday i backup 200 users mailbox successfly. Today when i continue mailbox's size is 0kb i see. I try both old script and new script getting same problem. Have any idea about that.?

command: /opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -z -m xxx.xxx@xxx.com getRestURL "//?fmt=tgz" > /tmp/account.tgz

screen shot has ath.

Ps: No any error from CLI screen.

did you try a verbose or debug mode ? Did you check the log ?

You should definitely check the log for errors.

The archive formatter (tar formatter) is streaming in nature, so it is not possible for it to return an error. Instead, it will simply truncate the archive. This has been the source of trouble and confusion for quite some time. Check your logs and you should find an error reported for the export.
