Redirect HTTP to HTTPS - Nginx http port not listening

hi, i´m im trouble here. there is 1 day i´m trying to enable http to https redirect under zimbra proxy but i can´t, the 80 port just not showing as listening. I Already followed all docs i found but none of them works. My config looks fine and i sill don´t know why not working. I been set proxy to redirect mode in server context. Take a look in my conf.
