mailbox configuration error

hi I encountered this problem, has someone solved it?

I can't configure a specific mailbox, while the others are ok

You should always give the ZCS version when asking a question such as yours, please post the full output of the following command:

You should always give a full description of the problem (and solutions you've tried). Your title states "mailbox configuration error ", is this an error mortifying a mailbox or creating a mailbox, are you using a command to do this or the admin ui? Give a full description of the steps you took to 'modify' the mailbox.

Hello and thanks for the reply, I apologize actually I was too generic.
I installed a new zimbra server (and the first time for me with Zimbra)

zimbra @ mx: ~ $ zmcontrol -v
Release 8.8.15.GA.3869.UBUNTU18.64 UBUNTU18_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P19.

Installation and configuration all ok without problems, I created 25 user accounts.
Webamil ok for all users.
When I went to the PCs to configure the various accounts (Exhange Activesync) 23 users were successful without errors and only two users
I got the error "the server cannot be found"

in the Zimbra logs this is the error output from one of the two mailboxes.

As you're using Activesync with the OSS version, are you using Zextras or something else to use these accounts with Zimbra?

I am using z-Push I followed this article:

I'd also suggest that you might like to post this on the z-push forum (or mailing list?) and see if they can provide some advice.
