[8.8.15_GA4018.NETWORK] Exchange Active Sync is not working when trying to login on phone.

Hi all,

I am completely new at installing/configuring Zimbra for mobile exchange active sync support. I have enabled in COS the mobile access and checked active sync and all my users are using that COS. I have tried using https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/exchange but got many errors including cannot find the Autodiscover.xml. I followed this doc: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_Sui ... todiscover, to setup Autodiscover. Is there more troubleshooting steps i can try to see what could be root cause?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Interesting enough, after waiting 12+ hours or overnight. I can login to my user mail on mobile device now. DNS must not have been officially updated everywhere.
