one of my users is struggling with a strange issue. When he downloads an Office attachment (docx, xlsx, pptx,...) from Zimbra webmail and tries to open it with Office, an error appears: "This file couldn't open in protected view". To be able to open it, he has to right click on the file, than click properties > Security > unblock.
If he downloads a .docx file from another website, he is able to open it immediately.
Is there a way to "whitelist" Zimbra server and disable this auto blocking feature?
