HELP PLZ!! stuck in maintenance mode

Hello, I have been recently handed down with a university society.
I have been using the email accounts fine for couple months, both 1) admin and 2) president accounts.
However, now I cannot log on with the message only saying, "This account is currently in maintenance mode."


Could you PLLLZZZ help me troubleshoot this!!

If you login to the Admin Portal, you will see that the Account Status column will show "Maintenance" for the account.

Double-click the account name to edit it, and in the second panel - Account Setup - you should see that the Status dropdown has "Maintenance" selected. Change it to "Active" or whatever other status you need.
