I'm fighting a Phishing campaign against my users. They have received an email that looks like it came from our company. The message has a link to a website that asks for personal information. I blocked access to the IP of the website so no user could visit it, but then the link in the email changed to a different website. Before tonight I would have bet anything that this couldn't happen, but after searching the web I have found that its a common feature of mass email marketing services.
My question is how do I block the URL from being changed? I don't understand how it can be changed in a message I have already received, but obviously it can. How do I block that?
Thanks,
Kevin
