Zimbra 9 on Ubuntu 20.04
Zimbra 9 on Ubuntu 20.04
Hi Group,
I have to get my zimbra 8.8.15 off of Centos 6. I have been coming up to speed on the issues of version 9 open source.
Question, since v9 needs to be compiled anyway, is there anything now stopping someone from installing it on Ubuntu 20.04?
Thx

Zimbra 9 does not need to be compiled, there are prebuilt versions available from zextras and beezim, search the forums for details.

Those are built for an old version of ubuntu, I would prefer to use the latest stable version of ubuntu so that is why I ask about compiling.phoenix wrote:Zimbra 9 does not need to be compiled, there are prebuilt versions available from zextras and beezim, search the forums for details.

Any new news? Seems like zimbra might be dead.
