Was doing a review of our installation of ZImbra ( 8.8.15.GA.3869.UBUNTU18.64 ) and noticed that on the browser interface to Zimbra there's a javascript call to analytics.zextras.tools which attempts to download/run matomo.js and setup a pixel/beacon.
I think it must have been installed in a recent patch-level upgrade or perhaps activation of some of the -NG modules.
Execution of that script at the browser is blocked on most users' browsers by local browser rules that disallow untrusted scripts. Blocking analytics.zextras.tools hasn't seemed to impact any functionality.
So my questions are
* How is this being used? I don't see a matomo server installed on the zimbra server.
* How can I disable that at the server? I looked throughout the zimbra administration interface and didn't find anything?
* How can someone find what information has been sent to analytics.zextras.tools ?
* How can users opt-out if it cannot be disabled at the server level.
Disable analytics.zextras.tools matomo.js script?
