Email Missing.

Hello All,

I am missing some mails. The logs suggest that the mail has been delivered to Junk Folder. But the mail is not there. Upon further looking into the mail I found the following log
2021-07-27 11:12:28,489 INFO [LmtpServer-1762] [name=abc@xyz.com;mid=27;ip=x.x.x.x;] mailbox - outofoffice not sent (in spam) mid=17448 rcpt='abc@xyz.com'

What does the mailbox - outofoffice not sent (in spam) means in the above log.

After the mail has been delivered the mail has the above log and the mails seems to be present now where.

I will be very grateful for any kind of suggestion.

Hi, maybe that user is using a smartphone? Sometimes smartphones have auto junk filters enabled and mail marked as junk are stored in "Spam" folder on the smartphone and not in Zimbra webmail.
