zimbra addFilterRule not saved permanently

Hi,
I'm using Zimbra 8.8.8 multiple-server
Our customer has created a new mail filter under "Preferences/Filters" tab but a few hours later, it's gone ( the created filter disappeared
)
I tried to create a new mail filter using zmmailbox command but no luck, mail filter was created successfully but removed after that.
I don't know where to check the filter-related log and don't know why the filter's gone? Of course, I don't remove it
This error is encountered in some email accounts, not all accounts in the whole system
All zimbra services still running and no MySQL error log
Anyone can help to check
