Occasional empty response after clicking "Reply"

Hi everybody, on our Zimbra 9.0.0_GA_4062.NETWORK (build 20210621225211) with classic UI a strange reply behaviour happens.
When an user wants to reply to an email he received, he clicks to "Reply" and then in the composing windows To, From, Subject and signature fields are present, but the original email (or email thread) is missing, so he has to open the email he is responding to and copy-paste the original email text in the reply email. Unfortunately this behaviour does not happen every time.
Do you have any clue?
