Hi, do you have any idea on how to migrate mailbox from zimbra opensource to on-premise microsoft exchange 2019?

Both viable, imapsync is DIY (highly configurable, roll up those sleeves) and just gets you the email & BitTitan MigrationWiz is a breeze (gets all the data, mail, calendars etc.)...
