preauth problem

preauth problem

When i try to open mailbox from admin console it's generate this link for me:
https://zmail.asmap-service.ru/service/preauth?authtoken=SOME TOKEN THERE&isredirect=1&adminPreAuth=1 and then shows error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
but if I manually edit the link to: http://zmail.asmap-service.ru/service/preauth?authtoken=SOME TOKEN THERE&isredirect=1&adminPreAuth=1 it opens mailbox for me.

What did i do wrong and how to resolve this?
