Thunderbird and Zimbra

Hello, I ran into a problem. If I send messages from Zimbra from the Thunderbird client, then the sent emails do not reach the recipients. If I log into Zimbra through the browser, then everything is fine. Can you tell me what the problem is ? I use the following zimbra settings in thunderbird. Incoming server 993 SSL/TLS and outgoing 465 SSL/TLS.

Are you the administrator for the Zimbra server or are you a user?

We would need access to the server logs to determin the answer to your question and that would require administrator access.
